The agreement on assumption of liability signed between PREIS and the ZVSHK (Central Association for sanitation, heating, air-conditioning) shall provide and guarantee a higher level of security and cooperation in case of claims due to damages to all the German SHK member companies. In case of non-compliance of the responsibilities under this agreement, incurring liabilities hereunder or direct consequential damages, the liability extends to a maximum of 1.2 million Euro per claim.
